When DOT issues Military license plates, you receive four decals - two decals to be affixed to both plates. The month and year expiration stickers are affixed to the rear plate only. See example below.
Branches of service
The military seal decal or Pearl Harbor survivor decal goes on the left side of the license plate. The corresponding service designation decal goes on bottom of the plate.
