This online application does not include the following:
- Certified records for use in court proceedings (for a certified copy, see below Purchase a vehicle record by mail)
- Vehicle history (i.e. owners, color of vehicle, mileage, etc.)
- Copies of applications or submitted documents
The online application will ask you for the following information:
- Your Wisconsin Driver License or ID Card number
- The last four digits of your Social Security number
- Your date of birth
OR
- Your full name
- Your complete Social Security number
- Your date of birth
AND
- A valid email address
- Vehicle identification number
- Valid debit or credit card
Once the online transaction is completed, you cannot cancel it or receive a refund. Verify that you have entered the information correctly before completing payment information.
