Ways to apply:

If you already have a vehicle titled in your name and do not currently have license plates but would like a personalized or specialty license plate, apply through AccessGov.

If you need both a title for your vehicle and you're interested in a non-personalized specialty license plate, apply through eMV Public.

If you already have a license plate on your vehicle and want to change them to a personalized of specialty license plate, print and complete the appropriate form below and mail it in with a check or money order.

Payment:

Mail check or money order payable to Registration Fee Trust (do not send cash).
Credit/debit cards and checking/saving account data are accepted for online renewals.
