Governor Evers approves WIS 60 improvements, Dodge County

Release date: May 8, 2023

To invest in Wisconsin’s transportation system, Governor Evers recently signed a $9.8 million contract to reconstruct WIS 60 between County W and WIS 67 in Dodge County. Preliminary work is scheduled to begin May 15.

Northeast Asphalt, Inc. is the prime contractor for the project. The project is designed to replace deteriorating pavement, replace guardrail and end terminals, add centerline and shoulder rumble strips, and replace several cross culverts.

During construction, WIS 60 will be closed and detoured utilizing WIS 26, WIS 33, and WIS 67.

Project completion is scheduled for early September 2023. The schedule is dependent on favorable weather conditions and construction progress.
