The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is seeking a public input on improvements on the WIS 39 bridge over Mineral Point Branch, in Mineral Point, Iowa County. Construction is currently scheduled for 2028.
A handout and materials detailing the WIS 39 bridge project are available to view on the project website at https://wisconsindot.gov/Pages/projects/by-region/sw/wis39-mineralpoint/default.aspx.
The project will replace the current bridge, reconstruct asphaltic approaches, and install guardrail.
WIS 39 will be closed and detoured for the duration of construction.
All persons interested in the project are encouraged to view the website and provide input by contacting project staff via email, postal mail, or phone. Your comments will assist WisDOT in developing a project that will serve the needs of the traveling public and community. Your input is welcome and appreciated throughout the design process.
