Make your check or money order payable to: Registration Fee Trust.

If you do not renew your registration before the expiration date, state law requires Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) to add a $10 late fee for autos, light trucks, motorcycles and mopeds.

If you do not have a pre-printed renewal notice complete a Substitute Renewal Notice/Non-Operation Statement MV2016, and mail it to the address listed along with the proper payment.
