Location
The bridge over the St. Croix River connects WIS 35 is Osceola, Wis., and MN 95 in Franconia Township, Minn., via WIS 243 and MN 243.
Overview
The Wisconsin and Minnesota Departments of Transportation are working toward a future project to address the bridge's aging infrastructure and address pedestrian and bicycle mobility while minimizing impacts to the area’s sensitive resources.
The structure, built in 1953, is jointly owned and managed by the two agencies.

Schedule
Construction currently is scheduled for 2026 and 2027.
