County C bridge over I-90, West Salem - La Crosse County

Project overview

The bridge will receive a deck overlay, existing beam guard will be updated to Midwest Guardrail System (MGS) guardrail, and new drainage inlets will be installed. The bridge deck showed signs of delamination (roughly 25% of deck) from an infrared survey. The proposed project is required to address the issues and maintain connectivity along County C.
