WIS 71 (County U to County V), Norwalk to Kendall​ - Monroe County

Project​​ overview

This project limits are from County U to County V. The purpose of this project is to preserve and improve the existing highway pavement for WIS 71. Curb ramp updates and bridge maintenance will also be completed during this project.

Improvements include:

  • Resurface the existing asphalt pavement (mill and overlay)
  • Guardrail will be updated to current standards

Sc​​hedule

  • 2026 - Construction anticipated but advance​able to 2024

Traffic imp​​acts/detours

WIS 71 will be constructed using flagging operations.
