WIS 175 (Hochheim Road to County DD), Village of Theresa - Dodge County
Project overview
WisDOT plans to resurface WIS 175 between Hochheim Road and Menomonee Street. This include milling the current roadway and overlaying with new pavement. Between Menomonee St. and County DD (Depot Rd), the scope of the project is a pavement replacement. The roadway base, asphalt, adjacent curb & gutter, select sidewalk locations, storm sewer and the Village of Theresa’s water and sanitary facilities will be replaced. Additional improvements include:
- Single span bridge replacement located 1500 feet north of Hochheim Road
- 12 box culvert replacements between Hochheim Road and Menomonee Street
- Update pedestrian crossing ramps to meet ADA standards
- Concrete deck replacement on the Rock River bridge expected
Miscellaneous right of way acquisition will be required to update some of the proposed features.

Traffic impacts/detours
- WIS 175 will be detoured utilizing WIS 33, I-41 and WIS 28.
- WIS 28 will be detoured utilizing WIS 67, WIS 33, I-41.
- The bridge deck replacement in the Village of Theresa is planned to be replaced in halves to maintain local traffic. One way traffic across the bridge utilizing temporary traffic signals on either side of the structure will be provided.
