To obtain TraCS, law enforcement agencies must:

• Complete a Traffic and Criminal Software Application (TraCS) - Form MV3734
• Complete a TraCS Sub User's License - License agreement

Badger TraCS will review and sign the paperwork. Instructions for downloading the production software will be sent to you when the following are received:

1. Receipt of your application
2. Signed TraCS Sub Users License
