- Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 20, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tommy G. Thompson Youth Center at 640 South 84th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53214. The agenda is included in the proposal.
